Ready for an easy and delicious recipe? For a simple and ultra-delightful healthy aioli alternative, try my MCT Mustard N’ Thyme Aioli.
Combine with grilled meats or vegetables for a scrumptious and healthy meal! You can also enjoy your aioli with fat grilled asparagus spears, or a lovely platter of roasted veggies, boiled eggs, and grilled romaine lettuce quarters. This aioli is also wonderful for dipping roasted sweet potato fries, or as a topping for lamb burgers. The sky is the limit, really.
MCT Mustard N’ Thyme Aioli
Total time: 10 minutes
Yield: 1 cup
Equipment needed: Food processor or blender
Ingredients
2 egg yolks
4 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons whole grain mustard
1 teaspoon fresh thyme or ½ teaspoon dry
1 clove chopped garlic
1 teaspoon high-mineral sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ cup MCT oil
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
Place all ingredients except the oils in a food processor or blender and blend well. Slowly stream in the oils and blend until the aioli is smooth.
